Privacy Policy

When you join, we collect your email address, your full name and, if you enter it, your city. We also record when you joined and which version of these terms you accepted.

If vouchers are issued to you, we record their codes and whether a partner redeemed them. We also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as your IP address for rate limiting.

We use your information to create your member record, send your welcome email and any demonstration vouchers, record redemptions, and operate and secure the demo.

The demo exists to show how Pulsar's platform works, so your member record may be shown inside Pulsar's back office during a live product demonstration.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box and join. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below), though this will not affect processing already carried out.

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us run the demo, for example hosting, database and email-delivery providers. They may process it only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We host and process data with reputable providers, some of which operate outside Singapore. Where data is transferred, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

This is a demonstration environment that we reset regularly. Resetting it deletes member records, vouchers and redemptions. We also delete your data sooner if you ask us to.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email hello@pulsarinteractive.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or remarketing tags.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
